
1. Rate Match
If we are unable to beat the competitor's offer, we will
pay the customer $250 when they have closed the loan
with that lender and provide us with a certified copy of
the signed HUD-1 Settlement Statement relating to the
initial Good Faith Estimate and initial Truth-in-Lending
Disclosure Statement you previously provided to us.
The loan must close within 45 days of the initial
Good Faith Estimate provided to our mortgage company.
The Rate Match Guarantee applies only to conforming
loan limits and does not apply to second lien mortgage
products.
2. Approval from a Live Underwriter
Loan Approval or contact from a live underwriter within an hour of loan submission, six days a week, during the hours
of 8am - 6pm Monday - Thursday, and 9am - 5pm Friday and Saturday. This FREE consultation eliminates queries and
confusion.

3. Exemplary Service
Updated Loan Status available daily and your loan documents delivered to Title Company 3 days prior to the closing
date, or our internal fees of approximately $750 will be waived.
(Subject to borrower and other 3rd party co-operation )
4. Customer for Life
Once you have closed a loan through our Alff system, you will become a customer for life. This enables you to
refinance or purchase a subsequent primary residence without ever paying any of our internal closing fees.
(Refinances are subject to a 4 month waiting period from close of previous loan and offer is subject to you presenting
your customer for life certificate prior to application.)
